Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. We're a UK-based company and we're not yet set up for UK or international orders — so if you're outside the US, do check back in the future!

How we ship
Your order is fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) network, which means it ships from Amazon's warehouses and arrives quickly and safely.
Most orders are picked, packed and despatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Delivery times
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of despatch.

Shipping costs
Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $60, a flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies, shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We don't currently offer expedited shipping, but our standard delivery window is reliable and we'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to the door, or your dog's bowl, which is probably the more accurate final destination 😊
