Shipping Information

● Most USA-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.

● Your product should arrive within 3 - 7 Business Days.

● Free standard shipping on retail orders of $60 or more, which means 2 jars or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.99.

● Wholesale orders ship at cost. We invoice the actual shipping cost after your order, so you are never charged for shipping before you have seen it.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement product.

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

● Contact us at support@solapup.com within 30 days of delivery, used or unused, in line with our Happiness Guarantee.

● There is no need to post anything back to us. Instead, please give your jar to your nearest rescue and send us a photo as proof, and we will then arrange your refund or replacement.
