 30-Day Return & Refund Policy and Happiness Guarantee

We want you, and your dog, to love SolaPup Hip & Joint Chews. If you're not completely happy within 30 days of delivery, you can return the product for a refund, even if the jar's been opened and tried. No guilt, no hoops, just email us at support@solapup.com with a quick reason for the return and your receipt or proof of purchase, and we'll get things moving.

Or You Can Give It Forward

If your dog simply wasn't keen on the chews, whether the jar's still sealed or you've already opened it and given it a go, there's no need to post it back to us at all. Donate whatever is left to a rescue, shelter or animal charity near you, most are glad of a treat for the dogs in their care, and send us a little proof of the donation instead, whichever is easiest for you,

  • A photo of the donation receipt, if the shelter gives one
  • A photo of the jar with the shelter or charity
  • Or a quick video, just a few seconds, of you dropping it off

Send that to support@solapup.com and we'll process your full refund straight away, no parcel required.

This is for a straightforward case of your dog not taking to the chews. If your dog's had any kind of reaction, or you have a quality concern about the jar itself, please contact us directly instead so we can look into it properly and check the batch, your dog's safety always comes first with us.

Prefer to post it back?

That's absolutely fine too. Email support@solapup.com to request a return and we'll send over the return address and a prepaid label, it's free. Please don't send anything back without requesting a return first, we won't be able to accept it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we'll sort it promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Once your return, or your Give It Forward proof, is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you still haven't heard from us, drop us a line at support@solapup.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, please provide the reason for the return and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
