30-Day Return Policy and Happiness Guarantee

We want you — and your dog — to love SolaPup Recovery Chews.

If you’re not completely happy within 30 days of purchase, you can return the product for a refund — even if the jar has been opened and tried. No guilt, no hoops. To help us improve, please provide a detailed reason for the return and the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it promptly.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@solapup.com to get the return address. 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, please provide the reason for the return and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was received and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at  support@solapup.com and we’ll sort it.
